2. yeah, whatever. i much prefer that honda? commercial from a year ago
that circulated the net widely, showing an elaborate series of car part contraptions, each one triggering the next. supposedly done in one long shot after five or six hundred takes.

now THAT was cool.

I was disappointed ... but here it is: Cog, by Honda. Check it out if you haven't--you will be utterly amazed.

3. Must have been good; it shut my browser down
I was at the site long enough to see the heading that said "We love you long time" before Firefox went kaput.

What was it a commercial for???

10. My favourite was:
(sorry I don't have a link to the video):

I think it was Subaru...

A middle-aged yuppy woman driving a new Subaru sedan through a suburban area, with her obvious boytoy in the passenger seat.

She sees another, identical Subaru in the curb lane, at a stop light...it's her husband, driving alone.

As she pulls up beside the second car, her boytoy reclines his seat so he disappears from the husband's view.

Husband and wife wafe to each other politely. The light turns green.

The wife drives away.

Just before the husband drived out of the shot, his passenger seat moves to the upright position, and HIS boytoy appears.

They smile to one another, and drive away.

Needless to say, this was not shot for the American market.

13. There were a few great (IMHO better) ones in this year's Cannes
Lion Festival. I wasn't able to find a free online source for the winners though (here are a few, but not the really great ones):

14. ahh, marketing to my generation
meaning kids who grew up in the 80's. This is the second "Transformer" type commercial I've seen. There was a minivan one a year or so ago

17. Is this the one for Citroen? It's not working for me
If it is that one i thought it looked like they converted Ricky Martin into a car.
