DU law students - ready for exams?
I imagine everyone is pretty busy preparing. Believe me, by the third year you won't care as much. I am, however, preparing my "outline" (actually just my notes) for my Elderly & the Law exam on Friday and will next turn to furiously annotating my statute book for Immigration Law for the exam on the 20th. Best of luck to all!

5. I'm having trouble focusing for Con Law, also on Tuesday
Since I am an evening student, it's not the full enchilada, will do the other 1/2 next semester, but I gotta get going on the studying. We spent 8 weeks on the Establishment Clause/Free Exercise Clause because the prof is certain we are all godless liberals, so I'll see an interesting mix Tuesday of "isn't awful that God isn't allowed in our schools" or some variant of that, along with the Commerce Clause. It's been a screwed up class from the get-go.

It's not that I haven't done ANY studying, but I haven't been as diligent as I should be.

Ah well, still have Crim Law and Evidence next week. Can't wait for those either.

"Lemon Test", "Lemon Test", "Lemon Test"......
