when every show on TV was a Warner/7Arts program:

"he roamed through the West
Johnny Yuma was a Rebel,
he wandered alone"

Nick Adams played JOhnny Yuma
Other Warner7/arts westerns:

The Rifleman
The Lawman
Wyatt Earp
Bat Masterson
Paladin
The Rebel
Wanted, Dead or Alive
and others that I can't remember the names of.

There was quite a predominence of westerns back in those days.
I would watch several:
The Rifleman
Wyatt Earp
Bat Masterson, and
The Rebel
My father and brother controlled what channel we watched.
Was there anything else on????

25. Do any of these show on cable anymore?
I have realized that they show few of the classic black and white movies on cable. It used to be you could always catch a good Tarzan movie on Saturday afternoon at the very least.
I want to see Betty Davis, Gary Cooper, Cary Grant, etc, in some classics.

I know them all backward and forward. In NY we have 48 hr marathons on July 4 and New Year's and more than once I've made it through an entire marathon. Once I made it to hour 23 and my TV caught fire.
