I used to work where we had a space to take our breaks that we had to go through twisty corridors and a few locked doors to get to it, so that if you had a 15 minute break you had to blow 10 minutes of it going through all those freaking doors and corridors. Always made me think of that show.

A lot of shows that started in the early 60's in black and white transitioned to color a few years later. It varies by network, because they went to color different years.
