Thanks to my end of semester work load, now I can't seem to change the bio clock back to normal, and it's not like I can with all the work I need to do still.

Melatonin. Its cheap, and it is one of the most powerful anti-oxidants you can take.....you just have to take it at bedtime, because it is the hormone the brain makes when the lights go out. (It makes you sleepy) I swear by it, been using it for years. You are not supposed to need it until you are in your thirty's, but my kids all love it also. The other nice thing about it is it makes you dream like heck. Look for the 3mg size, and get a big bottle.
on edit: the best way to take it is what they call sublingual: let it disolve under the tongue.

4. anti-oxidants are good for you |
|
the only side effect is you nod off. it is a naturally occurring hormone your brain makes anyway, just less as you age. it is perfectly safe.
