2. I qualify. I kick my own threads an average of 4.7 times before I give up
and let them die their natural deaths.

I'm in.

4. I started that with my first thread
the trick is seeing how fast you can get off the page.It would be best to have it done in G.D. with teams going for most inept subjects and fastest disapearing time. anyone ready ?

19. Start your subject line with: "I hate Bush as much as anybody, but..."
That'll get you some attention.

10. There is such a high turnover
of threads, that I can't imagine responses or responding, to everything that could use a response.

As a long-time moderator and Administrator at other sites, I know that lurkers often outnumber the active users.

It would be good to have a "reads count" so you know how many people at least clicked and read your thread. That should go in the forum, on the page, and in the "latest" next to the thread. So, I offer that as a suggestion.

Otherwise, you can probably assume that more people read your thread than you imagine.

12. I qualify for that one
I couldn't even get anyone to read a thread by a liberal soldier on the PTSD he had upon returning home from Iraq and what he tried to do to help get rid of Bush.

and every time I do a search for it I get a message: "An error occurred during processing."

It was called "PTSD and my homecoming".

18. Yeah, but
only the good ones die young.

Meanwhile in GD there are 400-plus count threads about whose contempt for the other is greater, the libruls or the Christians. Reminds me of that scene in Monty Python and the Holy Grail where the People's Front of Judea members start ragging on all the other schismatic liberation movements.

Me, I've got a thread now that-- don't blink, aw, ya missed it! :hi:

20. I'm too newbie for anyone to read responses or threads
See my number of posts, and I'm sure that puts people off from even bothering. I lurk and read a lot though.

23. Haha------Tailor Made for Me, But
the group would die out from no-responses, wouldn't it? That's why I liked the "Views" feature that lasted a nano-second, because somebody WAS at least viewing if not responding.
