Does your cat follow you into the bathroom?
And then give YOU an indignant look if you happen to walk past the litter box while they are using it??

What's that all about??

4. My cat loves being in the bathroom with me ...
... I've never thought of it that way, though. She does enjoy her litter privacy.

She especially enjoys waiting on me to get out of the shower, then she jumps in the tub and sits intently under the faucet ... waiting for the first drip. She catches each drip in her paw & then licks it off. The cutest thing is when she misses one & she looks down the drain like, WTF? So adorable.

5. My cat usually follows me into the bathroom
especially in the morning. That where and when he most wants to be petted. I don't know what it is about me on the throne that he like so much.
His box has a cover over it, so no dirty looks from him when I walk by. Although, if I walk by when he's just about to go in, he'll stop and wait for me to pass. Odd.

11. Lock the door, and if someone knocks, they're grounded.
You'll find that helps.

7. There Are Times...
...as I'm sure you know, that I'll be out in the back yard and use the back door to get into the house. As I step into the laundry room, I'll see Miss Della sitting in her litter box. And she'll shoot me one of her patented "Do you MIND????" looks.

:-)

8. I used to have this cat
that liked to lay in the sink. He didn't really mind if you used the facilities, but you got the evil glare if you wanted to use the sink.

He did it to any and everybody - people used to ask me "whuzzup with the cat?"

12. My kitty knows
that if I'm on the pot he'll get at least those few minutes of undivided attention from me.

He also hangs out in the bathroom while we're showering. I think he likes the steam heat for his arthritic bones.

15. yes
and then she coyly walks over to the bath-mat and proceeds to go absolutely crazy on it, pulling it over herself and attacking it. When she realizes that I'm watching she gets up, shrugs it off, and slowly walks away.

16. Yes
Pad Thai follows me in and jumps up on my shoulders. That's where he loves to be! I have to put him down so I can, ah, finish up. Lily comes in and just stands there, I think she's trying to copy Pad Thai on that score.
