Talk to me or PM me, so I can refer you and get you an extra 25 bucks when you get started!

Just a friendly public service announcement!

4. It's sorta weird, but
you eventually get to know peoples' betting styles - the body language is replaced almost entirely by betting language.

5. I don't play online...
Those places I mentioned are real casinos.

I am afraid of online casinos because of people can communicate with each other via instant messaging to team up against others. Who knows what else could happen. Plus I heard that there is a statistically significant number of really good hands online to make it appear more exciting....so you could flop the nut straight and then lose more than you should when someone draws an unlikely flush or full house...granted, this happens in real life, but, as I was saying, it happens more online from what I undersatnd.

I'll just stick to live playing.

To me, half the game is being able to read people's body language.

Pretty hard to buy pots online. lol

Not ripping on you at all or anything.

But I do love going to the casino and playing in Texas Hold'em tournaments.

Great way to spend an evening.

And a friend of mine has a game once a month.

7. My friend makes a living off of party poker.
He's super good. Whenever I come over, he'll be like "watch me win $200" and within an hour, he usually has it.

I wish I could do that. :(
