5. Easiest way I found

When you find a picture you like (on a website - I haven't posted pictures taken personally; I don't know that trick yet), right-click on the picture. If you are allowed to, you can select "copy image link".

Once you have that in your clipboard, get into a message and paste the link.

Do a preview of the message, and it should display.
