to eat a chili cheese dog and onion rings for lunch today. Its rare to get get chili or onion rings in the school cafeteria, and they are both really tasty, so you gotta jump on it when they are offered. But I probably should have chosen one or the other...better yet eaten a salad. My stomach is in knots right now and I have one more class in about 45 minutes that I have to give a group presentation in. All I want to do is curl up in my bed on this rainy day and sleep it off! :puke:

i am almost 4 weeks smoke free. but i think the dutch oven factor has gone up as a result of increased snacking

You need to get an acid reducer asap - try some over the counter Tagamet or Pepcid AC. Between the grease in the onion rings and the acidity of the chili you are on overload.
