7. It's really ruined my DU experience

If people were to limit it to 1 to 5..I'd chuckle along..but once it gets to 10 or twenty, it's flat out annoying. There is no happy medium since I certainly don't want to put half the lounge on ignore and wouldn't want to remove the lounge views from MY screen...

Not that I do a lot of copycat threads, but what the hell. The Lounge is the one place that pretty much anything can go, and in which all the loopy stuff can happen.

I enjoy it. And considering that at any time there are about 85% of threads that I'm not at all interested in anyway, doesn't matter to me if it's a copycat thread I don't care about, a kitty picture thread I don't care about, or a whinging cry for sympathy thread I don't care about, or a thread complaining about other threads that I don't care about.

I take the stuff I like and let the rest of it go on as it was intended to go on. it is beaitiful in its own right, and part of the delicious beauty of people's moods and human interactions creating something far more beyond the sum of its parts.

A TIME or TWO...click on the Latest polls thread and you'll catch my drift...if people limited themselves to a time or two here and there, it wouldn't become the nerve grating annoyance that it has become...the KlEEB threads were TOTALLY over the top...4 fucking pages of compulsive threads..honestly...SOME of the people that start the threads ARE my friends...there just doesn't seem to be an innate sense by ANYONE of when enough is enough..sorry..rant over
