I'm so confused.

and I need to rant a little bit! OK so my mom is friends with the UPS lady and she asked if I want to be a ride along person for the next two weeks, I said yes of course.

So thats all fine and good, and I call over today and they say that I can fill out the application online, which I do and the guy says he'll call me back later for an interview over the phone, right sounds good to me.

Well I just now get a call from a woman, who is not from around here, I think she was from Everett which is south of me and she goes about setting up an appointment for me to interview tomorrow and the office, but she doesnt know exactly where the office is, because shes not from around here! x(

But yeah, so I have an interview tomorrow at 10:30, but I wonder if the guy I talked to before will call me back like he said he would and do the interview that way, or not... I'M CONFUSED! :(

1. UPS interview strategy

UPS has an odd interview process...

They interview applicants in groups I seem to recall...

They put "plants" in with the aplicants for personality and team work assessment...

Can others confirm this? It's been a long time since I ran the gauntlet...
