Don't buy anything from Cincinnati Bell!

The other day, I asked everyone's opinons on Cincy bell and verizon....well i decided to go with Cincy Bell..... Called them this morning, to be sure they have coverage in my area, and to order.....As soon as I asked them if they have coverage in my area, the woman named "Nicole" just hung up..........so i called them, and got "Nicole" again. Then I proceeded to ask her if they have coverage in my area, and she's like it depends on your plan, and I said I want the local/Regional coverage, and i asked her again. And she's like, well it depends on your plan.....huh? then she proceeds to tell me, she has to do a credit check, before she'll tell me....so i said fuck you, im going with verizon!

How in the fuck can these people be in business, if they're going to be such assholes and not be nice!??! if i were her boss, i'd be kicking her ass out on the street, cause they just lost a customer!

1. you need to call her boss

and let them know what a dumbass she is! i have cinn bell wireless and it does suck, but THEY ALL SUCK! i have friends who have various carriers and they all have dropped calls,lose their signal etc. the reason i stay with cinn bell is because my office uses them.

Or maybe she is a pain in the ass. Write to the company and tell them that "Nicole" might need a vacation because she seems to be losing it.
