Family Of 'Urinating' Officer Says Act Not Malicious - W/Video

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The family of an Orange County sheriff's deputy videotaped urinating in a public elevator says his actions were not malicious, but the result of a medical condition, according to Local6 News.

Complaints of a foul odor prompted the manager of R & R Limited public parking garage to set up a surveillance camera. When the manager and police checked the tape, they spotted Orange County deputy Carl Brown, 40, urinating in and on the elevator, according to the report.

Tuesday, Brown's family said his actions were caused by a medical condition. They provided months of documented doctors' visits that reportedly showed he had a condition that caused him to urinate frequently and sometimes uncontrollably.

Brown's family said, "His actions were an involuntary bodily response."

and hold it and aim it then how involuntary could it be? And if he has this kind of medical condition then does he "involuntarily" pee while he is making arrests or questioning suspects? Seems like the act would get in the way of holding a gun and a penis at the same time.

It would have killed him to take a piss on the side of the building before going in, or in the toilet before going out.

If he has a condition, it's psychological, not medical.

And looking at his angry expression in the videos, it's a bit hard to believe.

So nice to know that our nation's police departments are picking grade A choice psychopaths to police our streets.

7. As someone who has had bladder cancer, trust me...

His story is plausible.

But I'd check the tape and see if he was smiling, laughing, or singing.

Or if he looked like he was deliberately trying to "spread it around."

any other medical condition that causes him to pee "involuntarily" then he should just go out on disability. For Christ sakes...what if he has to work as a crossing guard at a school one day? Does he just piss on the kids? His house must be a real pig-sty.

He could mean that:

1) He began to urinate involuntarily, and ran somewhere to "finish the job."

or, more likely...

2) He experiences "painful urgency," and needed to quickly run somewhere semi-private. That's what used to happen to me. I was usually OK, but I had to carry one of those portable urinals in my car.

12. If he is a deputy he no doubt had to

sit in on a number of meetings and training sessions. I seriously doubt that he ever had to jump up and let it rip in the meeting room because he couldn't contain himself any longer. If he did have a problem that he was aware of he should have carried around a plastic bag for occasions just such as this. Further, how many times had he ridden this elevator with other people when he had the urge but kept it under control? I think he may be sick but the problem is above the shoulders.

On the video the man looks at the camera while he's pissing, and he looks like he's crazed. This is one of those acts that is incomprehensible, not to mention indefensible.
