All over eastern Europe people rose up and took back their governments, after decades of oppression that most of us can't even imagine.

In the United States, it has happened twice on a large scale. First, the Revolution, which turned out good for the U.S. Second, the Civil War, which was a disaster for the ones who initiated it.

The Civil Rights movement of the 1950s and early 1960s brought massive social change, but I would hate to see a repeat of the violence that came in the late 1960s and early 1970s. I'm not sure it did any good.

'The apathy' is the excuse. Other people's apathy cannot be your excuse for not acting. I went to Ohio with a number in my mind of at least 10,000 protesters. Was I disappointed? Hell, yes. Will that stop me from being in the streets again this weekend? Hell, NO!

The more the merrier. But if I'm the only asshole out there, it's fine with me. I just wish I felt this way 10 years ago when I coulda quit my day job.

I believe if election fraud is proven, and Bush is not removed from office, we will be headed toward a revolution. It will be up to the American citizens to take back the country once and for all.

Will they take to the streets? It will take getting a LOT worse before that happens. Half the country is still delusionally asleep and half the remainder doesn't understand the stakes.
