Let us now praise CHEESE!
How did mankind survive before cheese? Is there ever a bad time for cheese? Could you love someone who did not love cheese?

Blue Cheese!

Colby!

Limburger!!!

Monterey Jack!

Provolone!

Edam!

Gouda!

Swiss!

Look at this fine assortment of cheese!

I am now going to the store to buy some cheese!

19. Limburger!!!!!!
It's a acquired taste, but one of the best! And not that refined spread stuff, we're talking about that Bavarian stuff that comes double foil wrapped and stinks so bad you have to double zip lock bag it in the refrigerator.

8. Does cheese bother yours?
Cuz I'm lactose intolerant as well but I can usually eat cheese and yogurt. Fermentation breaks down the lactose sugars.

9. Cheese glorious cheese
makes everything better!

My dog loves cheese and I sing this little song to him when he gets it for a treat. Every time I sing it, he goes and sits in front of the refrigerator until I get him a piece.

17. I too sing in praise of cheese.
I'm an addict. Spend at least $12-15 a week on cheese. Every night before I go to bed I eat cheese, Garden Herb Triscuits, maple or honey ham and some home grown jalapenos. The only ingredient I vary is the type of cheese; right now I'm on Jarlsberg.

20. "Swiss"? "Blue"?
What is it with those strange generalizations? There is not just one Swiss cheese. Nor is their just one "blue" cheese.

23. Vermont Cheese!
Forget plebian cabot, Try some Grafton Village if you want a truly superb cheddar, or Shelburne Farms. But why stop with cheddar. The New Yorker raves about Jasper Hill Farm's Bayley Hazen Blue. Try the Lazy Lady Farm organic goat cheeses. Or Willow Hill's Brebis.. Vermont has become one of the premiere cheese making spots in the country. Try some, if you're a cheese fan, you'll love it.
