I'm pulling out my hair thinking about a gift to buy my best friend's husband. They put us up overnight at their house when we were visiting this summer - I don't want to send something to her (Dylan bio) and not something to him.
He's Romanian, 45, a mechanic (who can fix anything) doesn't read a lot, and I don't know his taste in music. They like to camp.
Past hits have been Eagles and Phillies baseball caps and plastic wine glasses (for the camper).
They live in one of those over-controlled Nazi-run condo developments, and I don't recall ever seeing a flag flying there, or I'd get him a US flag.
Any ideas?

1. Do they go to those RV campgrounds? |

Maybe you could get him a gift certificate for a free stay?
Maybe a framed print of the Constitution?
Wow... it's difficult to select something for someone who doesn't read. LOL!

2. A restaurant gift certificate? |

Starbucks certificate? A movie if they have a DVD player? A Sears certificate so he can buy tools?
