Any cookie bakers here?
Edited on Thu Dec-09-04 07:06 PM by candy
Boston Globe today has an article by Joe Yonan. He tested 7 cookie sheets, ranging from $18.00 to $90.00.He tested for burning, proper browning, and ease of removal.

The winner was Doughmakers Grand Cookie Sheet for $18.00.

See doughmakers.com for info(and no,I don't own the company,I just burn a lot of cookies).

9. Actually, ants are more tart...
...than grasshoppers, due to their higher acid content.

Grasshoppers are the better choice for inclusion in cookies. I'd reserve the ants for fruit confections and sweet-and-sour dishes.

5. Oh, just crumble up some regular cookies for the ants
I once tried to use the teensy ant-sized muffin pans, but it drove me nuts.
