An interesting week lies ahead for your favorite Dirtbag (nt)
Saturday: Buy toys for poor children's daycare Xmas party (which I won't be able to attend due to reasons below)

Sunday: company end-of-year party -- at a ranch! Free barbecue, pool, people hired to do silly things to entertain the children etc.

Monday: Fly 2,000 km to Cuiabá (work). Stay whole week there.

What's so bad? It's Springtime down there. All we in the northern hemisphere have is the 40-year-old album Christmas in Bahía with Sergio Mendes and João Gilberto.

Not that you'll hear me complain about it.

Sometimes I think I'm a freak for enjoying long-distance work assignments. Nah, I just like to travel.
