that George Bush is only the 43rd President, even though he was elected to a second term he is still only the 43rd person to "hold"(even though he stole it) that office. it is the symbol for the Human Rights Campaign. A GLBT Rights group.
Although I may need to change it cause they fired their president and seem to be headed to the right for some inexplicable reason.
