Need a little musical help please...
My son-in-law is into Reggae music in a big way.
He has tons of Marley, so I wanted to get him
something by a different artist.

Any advice as to who would be a good choice? Album
suggestions? I am way out of my element here...

Thanks and have a good one!

4. Peter Tosh --he's the one who sang a bit on Marley's "Get Up, Stand Up".
I believe he also co-wrote it.

I'm sure you can get some recommendations for albums, but if your son likes Marley I'm thinkin' Tosh is a sure thing.

5. Yes, I have a suggestion...
Lee "Scratch" Perry.

There would be no Bob Marley without Lee Perry.
If you go to Amazon and do a search for Lee Scratch Perry, you'll get a good selection.
"Return of the Super Ape" and "Roast Fish Collie Weed and Cornbread" are my favorites and will be his as well (if they aren't already!)

If you want to spend a little more, get the "Arkology" box set. This is a compilation of things that he did in his famous "Black Ark" studio, largely producing for other artists.

Trust me on this...
