Ever feel like this? What do you do to get out of it?

Woke up to pouring rain this morning. The low pressure, the damp and cold, the weak light outside, conspire against me. I don't want to do anything.

I should go to the pet store or BJ's for cat food. I should go to the grocery store; Mrs. V. needs stuff to make corn bread and scalloped potatoes for her party at work. I should get out of the house and get some fresh air.

Meh. Know what I want to do? I want to drink. I have Hepatitis C so drinking is forbidden. Even one beer gives me a terrible headache. Still, I want to drink.

1. Get up, get out, do it all

And then reward yourself in some nice way.

But, movement is good.

Remember, "It's better to burn out than it is to rust."

or outside. That usually does it for me. Or baking. :hi: We had a bit of snow here in Pittsburgh and I think I would rather have some flurries than rain.
