My DU Gallery pic was taken in Iceland.
The rock tower I'm leaning against is one of a series of rock towers that are between Keflavik and Reykjavik. Just in case there are some Iceland fans out there.

1. So cool. Iceland is somewhere I would really like to visit.
How much time did you get to spend there?

2. Two weeks...
Very expensive place. The people were great, Icelander's are also a very intelligent.
They have a nice country in harsh enviroment. Great coffee shops in Reykjavik!

5. Most everyone speaks English...
People under 50 speak English very well, no problems with communication...until you have to read the 17 letter names of streets and towns on maps...yikes!

3. Me too
The natural beauty is supposed to be off the charts. It's still largely untouched.

6. Yes...
The interior is almost empty. Reykjavik is the only large town. Hardly any trees, where it's green it is from moss. The moss is so thick it's like a matress.
