The mighty Wildcats romp over another hapless opponent, this time the Rowan Profs, 52-0, as quarterback Brett Elliott sets an all-time all-division record for touchdown passes in a season (incredibly, the award for the outstanding college player of the year will go to some lesser light who doesn't even have to pay his own tuition).
Next week, at the championship game in Salem VA, Linfield will take on Mary Hardin-Baylor for all the marbles, deciding the national championship in the only honorable way, on the field. Tune in to ESPN2 at 11 a.m. EST and watch the Cats take their first national championship since 1986.
