At which number of Advil Cold and Sinus pills
should I stop at for the night?

I've had four already today and I'm feeling pretty good!

2. A warning . . .
too many, too often will give you the shakes and you won't be able to sleep! So if you are looking to get better and get some rest don't take anymore tonight. Try a hot cup of broth or tea and go to bed. Hope you feel better soon!
