My daughter and I used to spend way too much time trying to decide which tree was the "right" one. This year with her away in college, I took nearly the first one I saw that seemed pretty decent. It turned out to be perfect in both height and width. I guess in this case first instinct worked out well. I tend to ruminate way too much over relatively insignificant matters and am trying to put a stop to the foolishness.
Anyway the tree looks nice and what a great Christmassy day for it too, with the snow lightly falling... :-)
