According to the story, God created angels more perfect than men. There was a rebellion against God in heaven by these more perfect beings. With the result of Saten being cast out. If we are to believe God knows all, God knew these more perfect beings would fail him. They did not live up to God's expectations of them. How then can God create man as lesser beings and expect man to even begin to meet God's requirements.
