1. It's the software
Both DU and RealityTVWorld were built around the same piece of software. I think it's one of the major open-source community BBS applications; I don't remember the name. I think the company that originally developed it is called Jelsoft.

Ironically, the neo-Nazi Stormfront website is also built with this software.

A short note to Skinner or Elad might be in order.
