But I can give you instructions.

To join the UN:

From your country's screen, click on the "United Nations" link on the left side of the screen.

On the UN page, there will be a link where you can "Apply to Join" the UN. Do so, and give the required info (the game needs an e-mail addy to confirm UN membership, and you may only have one UN nation per computer).

After about 24 hours, you will receive a confirmation email. Follow its instructions, and you are in the UN.:)

Once you're a UN member, you can endorse me. To do this, go to my country's homepage (you can either follow the links on the Shagatopia regional board or do a World search for nation "Evil Woody Thoughts," without the quotes.

On my homepage, there will be a box where you can write me a telegram. You've probably already seen this. When you are admitted to the UN, there will be a link that says "Add Your Endorsement" right above that box. Click it, and you're done!:)

Edit: The dossier is basically a quick-reference point for nations with whom you wish to keep track of.
