Ukrainians to get fined for stinky pets
Ukrainian authorities are to slap fines on people who upset neighbours with smells from pigs, cows or goats raised in their homes or flats.

Maybe something you haven't noticed. Street dogs in Asia have about the most terrible smell I've ever experienced. But many Taiwanese also have home dogs which are never washed too and smell the same. I guess the best way to explain it is possibly smells like a dead animal. I can't see how they don't notice or puke from it?

It might be because the dogs don't eat dog food they eat scraps they find on the streets.

I surely can handle the smell of a horse, cow, chicken, rat, mice, cat... but a dirty dog is something alien.
