Long life noodles problem - help sought - any chinese chefs out there? |

Ok, first I do not want recipes which use long-life noodles, but rather are seeking the 'how to' recipe for making the chinese long-life noodles themselves.
The old way, by pulling and stretching and flipping the dough, and folding and then all over again.
So what I am after is the recipe and the pulling/folding technique.
The deal is that one can eat well one of two ways, to have a great deal of money (not), or time (yes, got that).
Anyway, I can grind my own wheat to any consistency flour and can get any other non wheat flour at the local food coop (35 years old)
But cannot find the actual how to on creating the noodles themselves.
No, I don't want to merely make a wheat dough and run through the pasta machine, I want the pulled long-life noodles of original formula.
