After careful consideration, an "Are We There Yet" thread is a no-go

It sounded great at first. Fellow DUers could post anything they wanted, with the stipulation that their post would have to end in "Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet? Are we there yet?"

You know...that "kids driving mom and dad crazy in the back seat" vibe.

And I would respond angrily "NO, WE'RE NOT THERE YET" and threaten you with stuff like not getting off at the next exit to buy you an ice cream cone. Telling you that if you didn;t knock it off I'd "turn this car right around and take you HOME."

But after careful consideration, I realize the error of my ways. A thread like that carries with it MASSIVE potential for suckage, and would probably sink like a rock.
