1. Yeah, that was a great part of the book.
I liked the part where Franken proved that O'Lielly wasn't an "independent" like he claims. His voter registration card was checked by (GASP) "Republican"!!!!

7. Well yes and no
I used to work in Salisbury, and it did have a Westbury zip code (11590), however today students would attend the East Meadow School District, which adjoins Levittown.

Interestingly enough, Westbury is an ethnically diverse area, whose residents are definately blue collar, though mostly minorities. The Salisbury area has tract housing, but very nice homes, brick, high ranches. Which is in stark contrast to shoebox size, Cape Cod's of Levittown.

Westbury is closer to the North Shore of Long Island, which tends to be more affluent, Levittown is more South Shore, and is predomintly white, middle class.
