I got the one-hour massage, and ended up sobbing in the shower (evidently that's pretty common - all the tension is released).
Felt like a million bucks after that, though.
I'd go with the massage.
But don't forget to tip your masseuse even though it's a gift certificate - looking back, I'm pretty sure I forgot (hey I was 24 and dumb)
