Why did I eat lunch at Arby's today?
Because yesterday I learned (thanks to DU) that 100% of their political contributions go the Dems.

Thanx, Arby's! (and Thanx, DU).

2. I was glad to hear that too...
Fast food on a low-carb diet is a rarity, and Arby's has a few yummy wraps that I can eat!!!

11. I like the chicken salad sandwich
Despite its healthy appearance though, it really is a high calorie item. Since I lost so much weight though unintentionally, it is good for me to eat high nutrient high calorie foods though when I can.

14. Watch out for that "rainbow meat". Look at it from an angle and you
see all the colors of the spectrum.
Do they still have the Chicken Cordon Bleu sandwich?
Horsey sauce does rule!
