One man died and another was seriously injured in the crash at Sibley Boulevard and Greenwood Avenue on Tuesday.
Witnesses said the scene looked like something out of a movie.
"The Blazer went up into the air, and it was on fire before it even took off," said Cheryll Sheard, who saw the crash from her Illinois Department of Transportation truck about 100 yards away.
Never seen anything like it
