did anyone see the interview with john&elizabeth edwards on charlie rose?

I caught the tail end of it today. Elizabeth Edwards was looking great. John Edwards said that the idea of Two Americas needing to become One America again came to him from listening to people in the townhall meetings that he attended. He said that he listened and he learned a lot from the people in thos townhall meetings. Now, I would say that is a wise man. Not the nerd in the white house who listens to no one, learns from no one and storms off if anyone dares to ask a question which would require him to listen to the pulse of the country before he answers. John Edwards also seemed to become protective of Elizabeth Edwards when Charlie Rose asked her something to the effect of the fact that she is hopeful that she will beat her illnes, but what, he sort of asked, if that is unwarranted hope (can't recall his exact words). Elizabeth Edwards answered that in those town hall meetings she had met women who were battling cancer who had had the same hope that she has today and that some of them didnot make it, but added, so far she has every reason to believe in her hope, in her medicines and in her team of doctors. Charlie Rose conceded that she had everything she needed for her recovery: a positive outlook, john edward's love for her, and a good team of doctors.
