2. Wish I could be that comfortable and relaxed.
My male kitty is that way.

Then I have an 18-year-old gal-cat.

Then I have a neurotic 3-year-old female cat.

My male kitty really knows how to live life!

7. handsome cat!!!!!
very unusual color.

I think the neutered male cats, once they get over the kitten and teenage cat stages are quite wonderful pets. Very mellow

10. My kitty (he's an all-white Persian, with, maybe, a tan-beige
streak running down his back - creme-point or whatever).

He has just always let the kids carry him around like a baby - and, of course, he is a neutered-American. He has a rough life - indoors - deciding on a place to sleep...waking up to be petted .. deciding on a place to sleep...

13. Minou got his start as a cat that was kicked out of his home due
to an unexpected baby in the household, a great friend of mine told me about him and his story, living in an outdoor garage in Upper NY State in the middle of winter. I drove up the next weekend, picked him up, he looked like shit, skin and bone yet somehow muscular - if you will. He's grown and filled out to be the baddest motherf*cker on the block, and he's been on many blocks. His defining moment was about 2 months after I got him, I was staying with my parents for a bit and they had three cats that were being chased by a neighbor's orange cat. One morning I saw said orange cat on our back deck, let my little Rambo out, they ran off, 5 minutes of howling and yelling later my little dude came back up the back stairs with little puffs of orange between his toes. I was beaming with pride  for joy :D

16. Cool fucking cat
My favorite cats are Burmese. Miniature black panthers, affectionate as hell and very loyal, but ravenous hunters. We got a lot of in-your-face stuff from people who wanted to kill our 2 Burmese because they had terrorized every dog and cat within a quarter mile. I wish I had some online pics of them. They were the most awesome cats. Your little guy has the same look they had: fuck with me. He's bad.

Great shots, btw.

19. Yeah, heh, my cat has lived with 3 dogs before
he now lives with 2. He doesn't put up with any of their shit, and they know it - still, he's an extremely affectionate cat, and wow does he LOVE the ladies! When I bring a girl over to visit, or my roommates bring a girl over for that matter, he's all over them, he'll park himself right across their chests and swat their hands away if they try to move him. He loves girls, I can't imagine where he gets it from :7

not far enough. No, you can't have him. He's mine!

24. Ever see a cat skeleton in a tree?
That's what the fire department asked me when I called to report my Weezie was stuck in a tree.

We had huge straight Walnut trees in the yard with no branches for 50' or more. Weezie is declawed, but somehow managed to scoot up the tree after being chased by a dog.

She sat up there for two days & nights crying, before I finally called the FD. After their question, I realized how bogus all those heartwarming TV "cat rescue stories" are.

She was sitting on the back deck waiting to get in on the third morning. Nothing broken...just real hungry.

Sometimes I still scan the treetops looking for a cat skeleton, just to prove the smarta**es wrong. :)
