(don't ask on this: I added the salt directly into the pan...)

7. Chicken enchilada with just a dash of garlic salt for added flavor...
Little did I know that a dash became the size of a donkey dropping...

11. That chicken sounds good
I like garlic salt but adding some the size of a donkey dropping, well that may not taste so hot.

6. Why in gawd's name didn't you use real garlic?
Edited on Thu Dec-16-04 06:51 PM by tridim
Garlic salt is disgusting. Garlic powder isn't quite as bad, but still not even close to the real thing.

Edit: BTW, I don't consider pre-minced, packed in oil garlic "real garlic" either. Strait from the bulb is the only way to go.

21. Yep and you can never have too much garlic. Ever.
Hell, my family will slice it think, and fry it in olive oil and eat it like Potato Chips. Well, the Italians do.... Anyway, Use real Garlic, damn the side effects and full speed ahead.

10. Always use fresh garlic
Not garlic salt or garlic powder.

And remember, less is more.

14. To much salt or too much garlic?
If it is too much salt add potatoes, if it is too much garlic enjoy, it is healthy for you.
