8. progmom, IMAMORON. Thought you meant 'hottest' as in musicianship.
Silly me. Should have checked out the pics. In the Biblical sense of 'hottest', I'll pick Cassandra Wilson. Foxy Lady.

Reminds me of Ric Ocasik and Paulina Porizkova.

They met, instant attraction, he was married at the time, eventually Elvis and the Mrs divorced and he visited her after one of her concerts and that's all she wrote.

I think it's terribly romantic.

18. I thought he was already divorced, or at least separated.
I remember a friend of mine was hanging out with Diana the day before she met Elvis for the first time. She was shopping for his CDs, since she had never really listened to him before and was really nervous about meeting him. :)

I think they were married within about 18 months of then!

20. Chet Baker ended up looking like someone's nightmare
Drug-dealer fights knocked out almost all his teeth, years of heroin abuse made him look a freshly-dug-up corpse.

He did have a unique, sorrowful trumpet tone -- mirrowed his life perfectly.

I mean come on! Look at him! With that hair? That's what a musician is supposed to look like, especially a jazz musician.
