my daughter is too cute for words
My first copycat thread!

She's 21 months old and is very outgoing & friendly. She's in the 90th percentile for height for her age... The first pic is of her in China in September, the second is from Halloween.

12. Yup!
We had a nice 3" for about 2 days. Just enough to go out and play in, and it was nice and warm, she loved it! We're supposed to get whomped with a whole bunch more on Sunday, too!

7. Very cute!
She is a little cutie! I wouldn't dare take my son overseas yet - he's sort of high strung and has enough trouble with long car rides...

8. she was good on most of the flights
we went from Hartford to Cincy to LA to Shanghai to Beijing. China is not the most child or handicapped friendly places.

Then, we went from Shanghai to Haerbin to LA to Atlanta to Hartford

It was a marathon, but except for the Haerbin to LA flight, she was pretty good. It took her about a week to adjust back to EST afterwards, though.

On the good side, we had 4 open seats in a row on the two longest flights (LA to Shanghai and Haerbin to LA), so she could lie down in the two middle seats with my wife & I on either side.

10. lovely
your daughter is adorable.

Funny story - I'm white and I was in the grocery store once with my daughter and an older woman came up to me & said, "Your daughter is so lovely, where did she come from?"... and my response was, "She came from my wife." I had her a bit flustered, as she thought my daughter was adopted.

16. My wife is from Jiangsu province
My wife was born & raised in Nanjing, the former capitol of the Republic of China prior to the Japanese invasion in the 1930s.

My daughter is from Hartford County in Connecticut.
