When is Festivus?

According to Wikipedia it is December 23rd, but if you Google for it, some people say it's the 21st! Anyone seen the episode enough times to know it off the top of their head?

Festivus is based upon a REAL tradition invented by his father, who is somewhat of an eccentric.
