Should I grill a Tri-Tip roast or Rib Eye Roast tonight? I normally do Tri-Tip but am feeling adventurous. Got a good rub?

5. You can use Colman's or mustard seed |

rock salt or sea salt and yes ground cayenne...it mostly drips off when grilling but does heat it up a bit
