1. Scott Peterson, without a doubt
That whole case has been the media's way of diverting our attention while this administration uses the Constitution like Scott Tissue. Why are we playing into their hands.

I would sigh in relief that it's all over, but before you can take a breath, here comes Lori Hacking!

(Don't get me wrong. I sympathize with these women, and I think that their murderers were monsters. I want justice to be done, and I want the guilty parties to be punished. However, MY knowing every time a juror sneezes isn't helping anything, and it's a waste of valuable news time.)
