Some things to consider from my end:

a) I'm a pompous, die hard West Ender. All my socializing is done Downtown (ie Railway Club, Media Club), Granville, West Side or The Drive. (Anything east of Commercial is waaaayyy out there, including those 'burbs you and I were brought up in...)

b) We've been known to drink copious amounts of 'Nog and Xmas Bock at this time of year...could get messy.

c) We go to Whistler every year for the family thing. (Dec. 23-27). Trust me, if I could "blow off family commitments" I would, but that would be quite the commute. I least I can shred up the slopes while avoiding some of these people.


If you're Downtown prior to the 23rd, PM me. (Lot'sa radio folk at the Media Club - CBC across the street, etc - could be fun.)
