Disclosure laws?


When selling a home, in California, are we required to disclose our noisy neighbors?
We have a town home and the attached owner wakes us up quite a bit, at all hours.

If we don't disclose this can the new buyer sue us?

It also depends on what kind of noise they are making.

then it would stand to reason that our home value is being diminished by his behaviour and he is causing us financial loss.

Check with your Realtor. He may have some remedies or courses of action.
