It's snowing! It's snowing!
First snow of the year here in Tennessee. I'm so excited!
:bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce: :bounce:

Go ahead and laugh, all you Northerners with your arctic blasts. It's just an inch or so, but I'm happy with what I can get :7

This is sort of what it looks like here, if you replace all the turkeys with cats, dogs, and horses:

4. You're welcome! It's not a picture I took, just one I found on google
It was the closest I could find to what it's like here.

We have some wild turkeys here, and my neighbor down the road actually owns several turkeys and some goats.

11. Shoot, I saw a flock the other day of 50+ hens....

Down the road from me. I used to get them around the house until I adopted my dog family (6 dogs tend to keep me safe from having to see wildlife)

2. great picture!!
The snow is nice until it messes up travel plans and/or makes it difficult to get to work on time. you should live in the northeast for awhile. most people bitch about it up here! :hi:

3. Next year I'm hoping to move to Colorado
I'll get a taste of it there, I'm sure. Of course, my Mom's side of the family is originally from Syracuse, and they miss the snow a lot...but absence makes the heart grow fonder, I suppose.

I'm just south of you in north-central MA. No flakes yet but I'm getting a bit worried from some of the news reports and advisories I've been hearing. :scared:

I've got to get up at 5 A.M. and drive 30 miles to work tomorrow morning.

Anyways :hi: noexcuseforgeorge and lost147.

8. Looks like a blizzard in Virginia Beach!
Pretty photo. We have some *snow* predicted here overnight, but the weather forecasters are telling the kids to "do their homework!".

Sidebar: I bet the Northeasterners and Uppper Midwesterners are laughing at us right now!

9. I'm jealous, I'm jealous... Pffffft
I love to play in the snow. Even better yet, take a walk in the woods right after a fresh snow.

Needless to say, I don't do much of that here.
