Do you lose your MIND this time of year?
I'm in the midst of a pre-holiday stress + apartment hunting meltdown. Anyone else? x( :argh: I need to participate in a primal scream thing like we used to do in college, before final exams.

1. Beats a primal shrug.
Hmmm...that's not what I recall doing in college before final exams. ;)

I would not want to be apartment hunting this time of year. Good luck!

2. I used to...now I just drink!
No seriously...concentrate on taking care of yourself.
don't get overwhelmed.
Keep it simple and stay out of "what if" thoughts.
Just do what's you need to, not what you think
you SHOULD do.
and BREATHE...

6. Thanks
I'm trying to keep it together and not hyperventilate.

8. Try a list...
Plot out what you can realistically do in a day
and don't beat yourself up if you don't get it all done.
I always make a master list and then break it down
to priorities and secondary importance.
Map out your route of places you need to go
and things you need to get done.
Then, make lists of each day according to those clarifications.

I think when you put it all down in black and white
it helps you organize your thoughts and takes the power out of
the helpless feeling that comes in feeling overwhelmed.
ALSO...
I always give myself permission to fail and try again tomorrow!

Try it!

4. No, but I lose scissors, tape, and actual presents pretty easily.
