More fundie talk---The Liberal War on X Mass
In an effort to assuage their latest electoral pain, some in the far left of the Democratic Party have laid siege to Ohio in hopes of reviving their flagging 'every vote counts' war chant, while others have enrolled in PEST-control programs to ease the suffering inflicted by the recent red-state tidal wave.

The most vocal however, are those still mystified by the 'values' issues cited by many of the voters who re-elected President Bush. Unwilling to learn from their defeat and unable to process concepts like faith, morality and patriotism, they have decided to throw more gasoline on their funeral pyre by attacking religion in general and Christmas in particular.

This is not a new phenomenon, as anyone who monitors the black-robed bushwah from the Ninth Federal Circuit knows all too well. These justices and other descendants of secular socialists of days gone by, may be grasping their last chance at remaking America in their image — their minority status notwithstanding.

It seems these neo-socialists, many of whom were weaned in the era of sex, drugs and rock and roll, have deemed that the 'opiate of the people' is too dangerous an intoxicant to be loosed on the ignorant masses in any large dose. And these tee-totalers of religion are convinced that the sight and sound of children singing Christmas carols on school property will most certainly bring about an end to civilization as they know it.

Offensive to liberal sensitivities as well are nativity scenes, which depict nothing more sinister than the birth of a child. A disturbing up-tick in the vandalizing of these should be prosecuted as 'hate crimes' except that the victims here are followers of the Prince of Peace and therefore fanatic cultists who actually deserve it.

The sin of pride is that which drove Adam and Eve out of Paradise and that which propels the leftist arbiters of the baby-boomer generation to this day. Nothing which has not been witnessed by them shall have any significance. Not history, not faith or the very founding of this country shall have any relevance unless passed through their social sieve. So say the high priests of secularism.

Most egregiously, they feel that the heart of this country — the history of its moral underpinnings — rather than pumping its lifeblood, is the cause of our perceived national malady. So while religion is their main target, American history is also under the surgical scalpel of liberal revisionists.

Columbus Day, once a source of national pride, especially to those of Italian extraction, was the first of the PC police's takedowns. Today's elitists who consider Columbus nothing short of a murderous criminal, rush home on Sunday nights to enjoy watching their preferred murderous criminals of Italian extraction on HBO.

President's Day, as it is erroneously now known, supports the idea that George Washington — the pious, slave-owning white man who first proclaimed a national day of thanksgiving to God — is no longer worthy of his own celebratory day. This precludes the embarrassing ordeal of teachers having to give lessons on the meaning of honesty, courage and love of liberty. So embarrassing is it, that the Federal Government's website must explain its listing of the Washington's Birthday holiday with an asterisk citing the statue that designates it as such.

So too has the term "Independence Day" disappeared from the national lexicon. Referred to by most of the country as the "Fourth of July" when, as so often happens, it is often celebrated on the fifth, third or whichever Monday is deemed convenient to federal workers. This summer, try as I do, to wish your friends and family a happy Independence Day and watch them trying to locate your third eye.

A recent attempt to prevent a teacher in California from giving lessons on the Declaration of Independence represents the perfect storm for America-hating secularists. It is that sublime piece of American scripture which sets out the reasons for this nation's existence, acknowledges God as our Creator and asks for His protection. Written in exquisite prose, it is the equal and partner of the U.S. Constitution, whose dry yet explicit language is that of law. The concept that the former frames and justifies the latter is incomprehensible to non-believers.

The issue now is whether or not we are to meekly submit to the tyranny of the minority

1. You might want to scale this down to a paragraph & give a link.
Posting the whole thing might be a violation of copyright.

Other than that, it's typical RW dreck. Liberals have better values and are more patriotic than a those on the Right. Conservatives hate Democracy and their entire worldview is based on fear.
