Is it good and worth seeing when so much else is out there?

5. Hey now, you can go visit Art Bell and get some spirituality.
Love that guy. Does he really do his show in a trailer?

2. I saw it over the summer and loved it
Parts of it are pretty woo-woo, but it is interesting and pretty well done.

3. There Was A Whole Thread About It In The Old Meeting Room
Go to the Spirituality Group and start a thread there... bunch of people will be into discussing it.

:)

I can think of a lot of "skeptics" who might benefit from seeing this movie.

Although the old saw is true, ' you can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink'.

4. The movie is amazing. Ironically, the Marlee Matlin story line
is the most revealing in that it gives a conrete example of how we walk the same path over and over until it's conditioned; reliving the past without much chance of a future or here-and-now.

Nice post.

6. Ramtha and the movie.
Edited on Wed Dec-22-04 12:59 AM by brainshrub
I think the second half of the movie was out on a limb; Quantum physics will not improve your personal life and knowing about the hypothalamus will not turn you into a Bodhi.

Seeing Ramtha get so much time next to real scientists bothered me. What the hell does s/he have to do with quantum mechanics? Why was she given so much time in that movie? (Note the ON EDIT comment.)
http://www.ramtha.com/school2.html

I wanted to see more interesting info on quantum physics and less of Ramtha pretending that her cultish worldview is based on real science.

On another note, I do agree that women should watch out for us good Catholic boys.

All in all, I give the movie a

ON EDIT: I just did a whois on www.whatthebleep.com & www.ramtha.com. It seems that both sites are registered by the same people in Washington. (1201 Yelm Avenue)
It may be that the whole movie is an elaborate recuting tool for Ramtha.
